Judge, (April 2021 to Present)

 Served as a Municipal Court Judge for Hamilton County hearing hundreds of cases, motions, arraignments, and appearances on a busy docket.

Magistrate, (March 2020 to Present)

 Served as a Magistrate for the mental health docket in the probate division. Honored as the First Hispanic Magistrate in Hamilton County Probate Court history.

Attorney, (January 1995 to Present)

 Services in areas of Collaborative Family Law, Domestic Relations and Juvenile Law; Civil, Criminal. and Probate Litigation; Probate and Estate Planning; Extensive client contact; a great deal of brief writing.  Also served on the Arbitration Panel for Hamilton County Courts; Trained Mediator, Trained in Collaborative Family Law and am also trained as a Guardian ad Litem

Law Clerk,  (Summer, 1994).  

 Wrote memoranda and correspondence.  Drafted Motions.  Researched issues inthe following areas: contract; tax; domestic relations: jurisdictional issues, child support modifications, paternity determinations, ante-nuptials; intellectual property: unfair advertising; property: replevin; employee relations:  sexual

 discrimination; insurance.

 Performing Artist:  Extensive performing experience with Cincinnati Opera Association, giving hundreds of concerts of diverse audiences of all ages.

Served on the Cincinnati Opera Association Board of Directors Advisory Panel; Served on the Planned Giving Committees of The Cincinnati Opera Association, The Wellness Center of Cincinnati, and of the Cincinnati Zoological and Botanical Gardens. Also formerly served on the Board of the Cincinnati Chapter of the American Red Cross.

Honored in September 1999 as a Distinguished Hispanic Ohioan by The Ohio Commission on Hispanic/Latino Affairs; Member of the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Greater Cincinnati, formerly sat on the Board of Governors for University of Cincinnati College Conservatory of Music Alumni Association and on the Arts and Humanities Resource Center; Participated in Cincinnati Bar Association’s Phantom Of The Office, Slander in the Night, and Trial by Jury; Two years as Second Vice-President of Cincinnati Bar Association Auxiliary (1990-92); participated in Jewish Hospital Community In-put Panel (1993); Volunteer singing in nursing homes; Church choir and school activities; prior United Methodist Women Circle Co-leader.
