 Served as a Municipal Court Judge for Hamilton County hearing hundreds of cases, motions, arraignments, and appearances on a busy docket.

Magistrate, (March 2020 to Present)

 Served as a Magistrate for the mental health docket in the probate division. Honored as the First Hispanic Magistrate in Hamilton County Probate Court history.

Attorney, (January 1995 to Present)

 Services in areas of Collaborative Family Law, Domestic Relations and Juvenile Law; Civil, Criminal. and Probate Litigation; Probate and Estate Planning; Extensive client contact; a great deal of brief writing.  Also served on the Arbitration Panel for Hamilton County Courts; Trained Mediator, Trained in Collaborative Family Law and am also trained as a Guardian ad Litem
